This girl is cute, fit, nice and knowledgeable. She's also an Olympic Triathlete. I attended her seminar last year on body movement and was overwhelmed by the simple yet important stretch and warm-up techniques that helped me improve my own athletic performance.
Now she's back in Arizona ready to share her wisdom. Her mission: to teach others an understanding of body awareness, being athletic, and how to integrate all elements of performance into life. You can attend her seminar at Athlete's Performance in Cave Creek and spend the day with her here. The flyer also gives a special discount.
Jessi will be at Iron Gear Sports on November 9th and working out with the Tri-Mesa team members at Mountain View High School that morning as well.
I'll leave you with a quote from her blog which I though was just brilliant:
A master in the art of living draws no sharp distinction between his work and his play; his labor and his leisure; his mind and his body; his education and his recreation. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence through whatever he is doing, and leaves others to determine whether he is working or playing. To himself, he always appears to be doing both.
